Ingredients for making Shahi Paneer: –

Take cottage cheese 500 grams

Take 5 tomatoes.

Get 4 green chilies

Ginger – take 1 inch long piece

Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds – half a teaspoon

Turmeric powder – quarter of a spoon

Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon

Red chili – a small spoon

Cashews – 25 to 30

Cream or Cream – 100 grams

Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon

salt to taste

Coriander – 1 tablespoon

Shahi Paneer Recipe:

Cut the paneer into small cubes. Take one table spoon of oil in a pan. Fry the paneer in oil till it becomes light brown.

Soak cashews for half an hour. Grind cashews and put them in a bowl.

Grind tomatoes, ginger and green chillies in the mixi. And grind it in a grinder to make a paste. Take the cream in the grinder too.

Put ghee or butter in the pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds to the hot ghee. When cumin seeds turn brown, add coriander powder and turmeric. Add tomato paste to this spice and fry it slowly until it turns red. After roasting the tomatoes, add cashew paste and cream and roast the spices gently with a spoon until the oil of the spices starts to show up. Add spices according to the need to keep the curry as thick or thin as necessary. Add salt and red chili and mix.

Step 5

When the curry comes to a boil, add the paneer pieces. Cover and let it cook on low heat for two to three minutes. So that all the jabs are mixed inside the cheese. Shahi paneer vegetable is now ready. Turn off the gas, add a little green coriander and a little garam masala.

Step 6

Take out the Shahi Paneer vegetable in a bowl. And pour green coriander over it. Serve Shahi Paneer with rice, paratha or hot chapati.
