Spinach Paneer: –

Spinach Paneer is highly preferred in North India, a very popular vegetable of North India. Mouth watering comes on hearing the name of spinach cheese. Let us know how spinach cheese is made. Easy will know how to make spinach cheese.

Ingredients for spinach cheese:

 After the spinach is boiled, the gravy is made by adding spices after grinding. After this, pieces of cheese are added to the vegetable, you can also add cream if you want.


10 cups chopped spinach, important tips

1/2 cup Paneer, 12 mm Cut into pieces

2 tbsp oil

3/4 cup finely chopped onions

4 garlic cloves, grated

25 mm Ginger, grated

2 Green Chillies, finely chopped

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

33/4 cups fresh tomato pulp

Salt, taste

1 tsp punjabi garam masala

2 tbsp fresh cream

Method of preparation of spinach paneer: –

step 1
Put the spinach in boiling water in a pot and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2
After washing it, wash it with cold water and keep it aside to cool.

Step 3

Grind it into a mixer and make a smooth paste. And keep aside.

Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan and add onion and fry it on medium flame till it becomes translucent.
Step 5

Add garlic, ginger, green chilli and turmeric powder to it and fry it on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 6

Put tomato pulp in it and stir fry continuously before leaving the oil of the mixture.

Step 7
Add the spinach puree and 2 tablespoons water and mix well. And cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Step 8
Add salt, garam masala and fresh cream and mix well.

Step 9

Add cottage cheese and mix it with a spoon and let it cook on medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Step 10

Serve hot now.
