necessary ingredients –
Boiled Potatoes – 3
Tomatoes – 6 (400 grams)
Capsicum – 1 (100 grams)
Cauliflower – (one cup chopped)
Coriander – (three to four tablespoons)
Butter – (100 grams)
Ginger Paste – (a small spoon)
Green Chili – (4 finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tsp
Red chili – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/5 tsp

Method of preparation of Pav Bhaji
To make pav bhaji, wash the cabbage and chop it first. Put the cauliflower and peas in a vessel, add a cup of water and let it cook until it becomes soft.
Then snatch the potatoes, finely chop the tomatoes, remove the capsicum seeds and cut them into small pieces.
Check the cabbage peas, it is ready to soften and turn off the gas.
Heat the pen, add 2 tablespoons butter and mix the melts. Add ginger paste and green chillies and fry it lightly, now add chopped tomato turmeric powder, coriander powder and capsicum and mix. Cover it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Check the vegetable, tomato capsicum is soft and ready, now match them with the help of head, now add cabbage and peas and cook it while matching well.
The vegetable would have got well, now break the potato by hand and add salt, red chilli and pav bhaji masala and cook the bhaji for a while, while matching it with the help of a messer. Add half a cup of water and water as required, the vegetables should be lightly thin and cook while staring the vegetables till the bhaji starts to look very similar.
Add some green coriander and a spoon of butter to the bhaji. Bhaji is ready, take it out in a bowl and serve it with butter and green coriander.
